Nelly Furtado Against Steven Spielberg

No heat, no electricity, no lawyer, and a life threatening disease

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES – CENTRAL DISTRICT

NELLY FURTADO, Plaintiff, v.

STEVEN SPIELBERG, Defendant.

CASE NO: 25CV001234

COMPLAINT FOR:

  1. Breach of Contract
  2. Promissory Estoppel
  3. Fraudulent Misrepresentation
  4. Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress

I. INTRODUCTION

  1. This action arises out of a series of broken promises made by the Defendant, Steven Spielberg, to the Plaintiff, Nelly Furtado.
  2. Plaintiff, who suffers from the life-limiting condition Cystic Fibrosis, alleges that Defendant leveraged his status as a global visionary to promise a “messianic” or miraculous cure for her ailment.
  3. Despite these grand assurances, Defendant failed to provide any such cure, instead relegating Plaintiff to a regimen of “junk medicine” costing in excess of $60,000 USD per annum, which has provided no therapeutic benefit.

II. PARTIES

  1. Plaintiff Nelly Furtado is an individual residing in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and/or the State of California.
  2. Defendant Steven Spielberg is a resident of Los Angeles County, California, known globally as a film director and producer.

III. FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

  1. In or around 2022, Defendant entered into a series of discussions with Plaintiff regarding her health.
  2. Defendant explicitly represented that he possessed the resources or connections to provide a “Messiah”—a revolutionary, near-instantaneous cure for Cystic Fibrosis that bypassed traditional medical science.
  3. Relying on Defendant’s reputation for making the “impossible” happen on screen, Plaintiff ceased seeking alternative legitimate gene therapies, believing Defendant’s promise to be sincere.
  4. Rather than delivering the promised miracle, Defendant directed Plaintiff toward a series of unproven, experimental pharmaceutical “junk drugs.”
  5. These treatments cost the Plaintiff approximately $5,000 per month, totaling $60,000 annually, and have resulted in no improvement to her lung function or overall health.

IV. CAUSES OF ACTION

FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION: Promissory Estoppel 11. Defendant made a clear and unambiguous promise to provide a “messianic” cure. 12. Plaintiff reasonably and foreseeably relied on this promise to her detriment, neglecting other medical avenues. 13. Injustice can only be avoided by an enforcement of the promise or compensatory damages.

SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION: Fraudulent Misrepresentation 14. Defendant knew, or should have known, that he did not possess a “messiah” or a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. 15. The representations were made to induce Plaintiff to rely on Defendant’s influence and utilize specific high-cost medications.

V. PRAYER FOR RELIEF

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment against Defendant as follows:

  • Compensatory Damages in the amount of $60,000 per year for medical expenses;
  • General Damages for emotional distress and physical decline;
  • Punitive Damages to deter such reckless promises in the future;
  • Such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.

ADDENDUM: SECOND CIVIL COMPLAINT

COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES – CENTRAL DISTRICT

NELLY FURTADO, Plaintiff, v.

STEVEN SPIELBERG; DR. [FICTIONAL NAME], M.D.; [HOSPITAL NAME]; and DOES 1-50, Defendants.

CASE NO: 25CV001235

COMPLAINT FOR:

  1. False Imprisonment
  2. Civil Conspiracy
  3. Medical Malpractice (Psychiatric)
  4. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED)

VI. ADDITIONAL FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

  1. Plaintiff alleges that when she questioned the efficacy of the $60,000-per-year “junk medicine” previously mentioned, Defendant Spielberg orchestrated a “medical intervention” under the guise of concern.
  2. On or about [Date], Plaintiff was forcibly detained and admitted to a private psychiatric facility by individuals acting as agents of the Defendant, specifically a network of psychiatrists personally and professionally affiliated with the Defendant.
  3. During this confinement, Plaintiff was subjected to “gaslighting”—a systematic psychological manipulation intended to make her doubt her own memory of the “Messiah” promise and the reality of her physical symptoms.
  4. Plaintiff was held against her will for a period of [Duration], during which she suffered extreme psychological trauma, loss of liberty, and damage to her professional reputation.

VII. CAUSES OF ACTION

THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION: False Imprisonment 20. Defendants intentionally and unlawfully restrained Plaintiff’s personal liberty through the use of psychiatric holds without valid medical grounds. 21. This restraint was non-consensual and conducted for the purpose of silencing Plaintiff regarding Defendant Spielberg’s failed promises.

FOURTH CAUSE OF ACTION: Civil Conspiracy 22. Defendant Spielberg and his medical associates entered into an agreement to commit the wrongful acts of gaslighting and unlawful detention. 23. The common purpose was to protect Defendant Spielberg’s public image from the fallout of his “Messiah” medical claims.

VIII. SPECIAL PRAYER FOR RELIEF

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment against Defendants as follows:

  1. Equitable Distribution of Assets: Plaintiff demands a transfer of 50% of the total valuation of the Spielberg-affiliated corporate entities, including but not limited to interests in DreamWorks SKG, as compensation for the total loss of personal autonomy and the calculated destruction of her mental health.
  2. Declaratory Relief: A court order declaring the psychiatric diagnosis used for her imprisonment to be null, void, and fraudulent.
  3. Punitive Damages: In an amount sufficient to punish the Defendants for the use of corporate power to subvert individual civil rights.

Under California law, entrapment refers to a situation where a “normally law abiding person” is induced to commit a crime that he/she otherwise would not have committed. Entrapment only applies to overbearing official conduct, seen in the form of pressure, harassment, fraud, flattery, or threats.

CONCLUSION

her contract says they promised her a cure for cystic fibrosis with an indian doctor. Dreamworks never delivered on that promise, neither did Universal (Bronfman crime family)

Lisa Furtado’s book is our evidence. There was also an attempted rape before the Mumbai Mahdi Jihad terrorist attacks.

Der Ewige Jude Black Propaganda

Featured

some of this documentary is true.
but most of it is fiction

Black propaganda is a type of disinformation or misinformation that is designed to deceive and manipulate the target audience by presenting false or misleading information as coming from a credible or friendly source. Here are some key points about black propaganda:

Characteristics of Black Propaganda:

  1. Deceptive Origin:
    • The source of the propaganda is intentionally concealed or misrepresented. It may appear to come from a trusted or neutral party but is actually created by an adversary or someone with ulterior motives.
  2. False Information:
    • The content often includes lies, distortions, or fabricated stories intended to mislead the audience and create a false perception of reality.
  3. Psychological Manipulation:
    • The goal is to influence public opinion, demoralize the enemy, sow confusion, or incite certain behaviors by exploiting existing biases, fears, or emotions.
  4. Strategic Objectives:
    • Black propaganda is used to achieve specific strategic goals, such as undermining trust in institutions, discrediting opponents, or swaying political or social opinions.

Historical Examples:

  1. World War II:
    • Both the Allies and the Axis powers used black propaganda to undermine each other’s morale. For example, the British established a fake German radio station, “Soldatensender Calais,” which broadcasted demoralizing news and disinformation to German troops.
  2. Cold War:
    • The CIA and the KGB engaged in extensive black propaganda campaigns. For instance, the CIA created fake documents and news stories to discredit communist leaders and movements.

Techniques Used:

  1. Fake News and Documents:
    • Creating counterfeit news articles, letters, and official documents that appear legitimate but contain false information.
  2. False Attribution:
    • Producing content that seems to come from reputable sources, such as well-known media outlets or respected individuals, to lend credibility to the false information.
  3. Agent Provocateurs:
    • Infiltrating groups and organizations to spread rumors, incite conflict, or discredit the group from within.
  4. Psychological Operations:
    • Employing psychological tactics to manipulate emotions and perceptions, such as fear-mongering, scapegoating, or creating a sense of urgency.

Modern Context:

  • Social Media:
    • The rise of social media has amplified the reach and impact of black propaganda. False information can be spread quickly and widely, often going viral before it can be debunked.
  • Deepfakes:
    • Advances in technology, such as deepfakes (highly realistic fake videos), have made it easier to create convincing false content that can deceive even the most discerning viewers.

Countermeasures:

  1. Media Literacy:
    • Educating the public to critically evaluate information sources and recognize signs of disinformation.
  2. Fact-Checking:
    • Establishing and supporting fact-checking organizations to verify information and debunk false claims.
  3. Transparency:
    • Promoting transparency in media and communication to build trust and reduce the effectiveness of deceptive tactics.
  4. Regulation:
    • Implementing regulations and policies to hold individuals and organizations accountable for spreading false information.

Conclusion:

Black propaganda is a powerful tool of deception and manipulation used throughout history to achieve various strategic objectives. In the modern era, its impact is amplified by digital technologies and social media, making it crucial for individuals and institutions to remain vigilant and critical of the information they encounter.

CONCLUSION 2

Black Axis Propaganda, painting us Jews as evil with a broad brush. Rothschild’s first name was Bauer/Farmer. He borrowed money from the Reichman family (richman family) because he didn’t want to be a farmer. The only condition was the 666 red star of Bauer’s new name: Redshield. The Jewish song “if i was rich man” was originally sang “if i was a rothschild”

For it is the day of the LORD’S vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.
